Established in 1988, Zhejiang AVIA Precision Forging Co., Ltd ( Formerly Yongkang Chang Cheng Precision Forging Factory) has a registered capital of 10 million RMB. It is an industry leader in precision forging items with its main business in research, development, production, and sales. We have obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and already have a self-export right. With a full range of computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) platforms, we provide product design more efficiently and professionally. We have product design, the ability to self-mold, and new product development according to various countries' standards, such as DIN (Germany), ANSI (the US), BSI (the UK), NF (France), and GB (China). Besides, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) service is provided.

We offer aluminum forging products including Storz couplings, safety clamps, TW couplings, Barcelona couplings, flanges, and more. Our products are used in many application fields, including petroleum, chemicals, fire protection, vehicles, vessels, aviation, power, textile, machinery industry, hardware tools, sports and leisure, and more. With the experience accumulated during years of production combined with high technology, we comply with the requirements of foreign markets. We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week.
